Practicing at Yoga Vida will challenge you to push your personal limits, regardless of whether you are just beginning physical activity or whether you are a champion triathlete. We work your entire body from head to toe, skin to bones, inside and out. The physical appearance of your body will transform as you tone and lengthen your muscles and become stronger, leaner and more flexible. Our students have lost weight, reduced blood pressure, avoided shoulder and spinal surgery, recovered from injuries, and alleviated the symptoms of many other conditions through regular practice. In a short period of time, with regular practice, you will see dramatic improvement in stamina, strength and flexibility. You will receive a complete cardio-vascular workout. You will sweat.
